Delivery & Returns

Postage & Packing Costs:

We pride ourselves on our customer service and we always aim to despatch your order as promptly as possible.  

  • Our aim is to despatch all orders as quickly as possible with an estimated time of arrival between 3 to 10 working days dependent on manufacturing schedules. We will notify you if we expect your order to take any longer to despatch.

  • Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will be sent by Royal Mail and the postage cost will be calculated at the checkout depending on the parcel weight.  Unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery to these locations.

  • Delivery to all other areas will be sent using a tracked courier service and costs £5.99 (inc VAT) for orders up to £49.99.  Delivery is free for orders over £50.00.  

  • Deliveries to HX and HD postcodes will be free for orders over £25.00.
  • There is a £1.00 surcharge for addresses in the central London congestion zone.
  • Please note the goods may need to be signed for. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be posted with contact details to rearrange a delivery date or pick up. If for any reason the goods are not rearranged for delivery or collected within a week, they will automatically be returned to us. We will notify you that the goods have been returned. NO refunds will be available.

  • Please ensure all orders with specific date requirements are ordered well in advance. Christmas presents should be ordered at the beginning of December to ensure the goods arrive in time for Christmas.

  • Currently we are only able to deliver within the UK.  Please contact us at info@dobsons.co.uk for more delivery details.

  • If you require multiple delivery addresses please place separate orders for each address.

Returns:

We are confident you will be delighted with our products however if there is a problem or you are not completley happy with your purchase, please return the product to us for inspection unopened / unused.  If the product is found to be damaged or defective,we will either offer a replacement or refund the cost of the product to the card holder / purchaser only.  Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the product is found to be faulty.

All refunds are conditional that the products are returned to us in the same packaging as they were supplied.

Postage & Packing Costs Trade Only Customers: 

  • Minimum order requirements apply for Trade customers and all orders will be dispatched by courier. 
  • Delivery costs are applied at the checkout and are calculated by weight.
  • Free delivery is offered for orders over £750.00 (exc. VAT)
