Click and Collect

Click & Collect Orders:

We are now offering a Click and Collect option for customers who would prefer to collect their orders from our factory. Please note the following details for Click and Collect orders:

Please choose the 'Click and Collect' option at the checkout if you would like to arrange to collect your order from our factory. All orders that require delivering must choose the delivery option.

Please ensure your order value reaches £10.00 for Click and Collect orders. There is no minimum order value for orders requiring delivery. Please see Delivery and Returns section for information on free delivery and further details on delivery options.

We will process your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 2 days for your order to be available for collection (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Collection is available from our factory address at Joseph Dobson & Sons Ltd. 26 Northgate, Elland, West Yorkshire HX5 0RU. Please feel free to call 01422 372165 prior to collection to ensure your order is available.

Collection times are 10.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday.

Click & Collect Orders for TRADE Customers:

For TRADE customers only, please ensure your order value reaches £150.00 if you would like to collect your order from our factory. All other details are the same as above.
